Attorney Mrs. Mirjana Šarkinović was born in Tuzla in 1971. She completed her primary and secondary education (high school-gymnasium) in Tuzla, and she graduated as one of the best students at Law Faculty in Sarajevo. Since the year 2000 she has worked as graduated lawyer – trainee lawyer and solicitor in advocacy (Law Office Amila Kunosić-Ferizović in Tuzla). She successfully passed her Bar Exam (in the year 2005) and Lawyers exam (in the year 2007), both completed in Sarajevo. Her name was added to the Bar Association of Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina in the year 2007. From 2007 to 2012 she was working as one of the partners in the Joint Law Office Amila Kunosić-Ferizović and Mirjana Šarkinović in Tuzla. Since September 2012 she works on her own in her Law Office.

She gained very rich experience in wide scope of legal activities through several years of working in the legal profession. She joined and successfully completed lots of additional trainings related to certain specific areas of the legal science (human rights protection, civil Law and procedural Law, Labour Law etc.) by attending lots of Seminars and Professional Symposiums (in: Sarajevo, Neum, Zenica, Jahorina, Fojnica, Tuzla...).

She is performing her legal activities in entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and – due to her familiarity with foreign languages – she makes a successful cooperation with the foreign clients as well (Austria, Poland, Great Britain, Turkey, Czech Republic...). The languages for correspondence are: Bosnian (Croatian/Serbian), English and German.

She has good computing skills (MS Office, Internet), blind typing on a 1A category speed, she has drivers licence for light vehicles, and she completed Primary Music School (direction-piano) in Tuzla.

In her free time she joins to work with NGO’s related to the issues of human rights protection, ecology and environmental protection, and she goes to orientation marching and mountaineering.
